ACMI History:

ACMI is a bi-national (Canadian/USA) network of volunteers and staff with ministries among international students throughout North America. ACMI was conceived at the first North American Consultation of International Student Ministries (ISM) in 1981. Since 1982 it has sponsored an annual, national conference for equipping and networking individuals (paid staff and volunteers) interested or involved in ISM from local churches, campus ministries, mission agencies, denominations, and other para-church ministries. This conference usually averages 50 workshops as part of the program. Currently, ACMI Conference Network has more than 340 members from over 15 countries.
